I’m Sticking A Fork In It

I’ve decided to stick a fork in a piece I’ve been working on since the holidays. It is a mixed media piece titled ‘Embarcation’ and almost looks like a psychedelic tye dye with 80’s neon colors. The piece is about my full time embarcation into the artist’s career and path. Sprinkled throughout there are various collage elements/pictures related to the quotes around the outside edges that have to do with this subject. It feels good to get it done and feels like an affirmation and strengthening of the path I’ve chosen to take.
